My day two entry was painted on vacation at Baker Lake, WI.   It is a study of dappled light on a birch tree.  On this day the light was only out for about 40 minutes. When shade came I had most of the shadows in so I quickly finished it in under 2 hours. (which is the time allotted for most quick paints.
